Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating detailed maps and reports for construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as levels, theodolites, and GPS
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding land use and development
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for surveys
- Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency with surveying instruments and software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land use and development is preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
