Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Remish. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain records of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and employee payroll
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
- Enforce strict health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
- Work closely with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant operation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of biometric passport regulations is preferred but not required
