We are in search of a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Balzers. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our databases. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and implementing solutions to improve database functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot database issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Develop backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity
- Ensure the security of all databases by implementing access controls and monitoring for potential threats
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database design and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and implement new technologies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and other database management systems
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
