Architectural Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan, Egypt. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning building structures and spaces that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the development of innovative architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic goals of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or supervisors
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present designs to clients
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail
