We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Shanghai. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning innovative and functional spaces for various projects. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Create 2D and 3D designs for architectural projects using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details according to project requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with other team members including engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or a similar role
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in China is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Salary: $1700 per month
Accommodation: Provided by the company
