We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Funchal, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and assisting with daily operations. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing office supplies.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are also required.
