Part-Time Web Designer


We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Svalbard. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You should have experience in web design and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for a side hustle or to supplement their current income.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating website layouts, graphics, and templates
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing wireframes and prototypes to present ideas
- Ensuring websites are optimized for different devices and browsers
- Incorporating SEO principles into website design
- Continuously staying updated on industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
