Part-Time Librarian (English Speaking)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Librarian to join our team at our library in Bayan. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with finding and checking out materials, maintaining the library's collection, and providing reference services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons with finding and checking out materials
- Maintain accurate records of library materials and patron accounts
- Organize and shelve books, magazines, newspapers, and other library materials
- Provide reference services to patrons, including locating information and answering questions
- Assist with developing and implementing programs and events to promote literacy and encourage reading
- Monitor library activities to ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for patrons

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience working in a library setting is preferred
