Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring for a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed the hotel's revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to bring in new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Negotiate contracts with clients, including rates, services, and terms of agreement
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work flexible hours
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including Egyptian or Nepali nationals.
