Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Los Angeles, USA
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and maximizing business opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and targeted outreach
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitive set, and industry developments
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
