Head Chef - Mediterranean Cuisine
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef who specializes in Mediterranean cuisine to join our team in Ashdod. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and creating delicious and authentic dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and flavorful Mediterranean dishes using fresh ingredients
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to health codes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle customer feedback and make necessary improvements to menu items
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a Mediterranean restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for this full-time position.
