The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ and visa sponsorship for foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on job sites
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Knowledge of proper operation techniques for bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Ability to read construction plans and understand project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating equipment on large-scale construction projects
- Certification from a recognized heavy equipment training program
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
