Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production requirements and safety standards
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production process
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary: $1700 per month

Location Preference: While we prefer candidates who are already located in Nakuru, we are open to considering applicants from outside the area who are willing to relocate.
