Baker for Traditional Indian Bakery in Ar-Ruwais


We are a traditional Indian bakery located in Ar-Ruwais seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. This is a contract position, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. We are specifically looking for individuals with experience in baking Indian breads and pastries.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads and pastries, including naan, roti, samosas, and more
- Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure authentic flavors and textures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to create new menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker, specifically in making Indian breads and pastries
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
