We are in need of a skilled Contract Turner to join our team in Faro. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used to shape and cut metal parts. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings
- Operate machines to perform turning, drilling, milling, and grinding operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machine performance
- Maintain machines by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to operate various turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for operating machinery for extended periods of time
- A valid work permit for Faro (if not a Portuguese national)
