Indian Chef

We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Medina. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to handle high-volume cooking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor quality of ingredients and maintain inventory levels
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Indian Chef
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job such as standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy pots/pans, etc.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Medina.
