Our bakery in Acre is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality control, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to ensure quality products
- Ensure all baked goods are properly stored and rotated
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with creating new recipes and menu items
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional bakery or restaurant setting
- Passion for baking and creating high quality products
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
