Waiter/Waitress in Kaunas, Lithuania



As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. You will also be responsible for setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and processing payments.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Must have own visa or work permit for Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to their tables
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and other items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area at all times
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit card machines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Attend training sessions to increase knowledge of menu items
