Floral Designer

We are a reputable floral design company located in Al-Kuwait seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for men, with accommodation provided. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and event themes
- Selecting and purchasing fresh flowers from suppliers
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Arranging flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers
- Adding decorative elements such as ribbons, bows, or foliage to arrangements
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is not required but preferred
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in designing arrangements
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care methods
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month
