Hotel Sales Manager - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to secure business
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management
- Train and supervise sales team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas, USA
