We are a reputable manufacturing company in Shan, China seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket for foreigners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine set-up and production methods
- Set-up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform routine maintenance as required
- Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are an asset)
- Must be willing to relocate to Shan, China
