We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Shan. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to shape and form metal parts according to specifications. Your duties will include interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, adjusting speeds and feeds, and inspecting finished products for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with various metalworking techniques. You must also have the ability to troubleshoot machinery and work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner
- Proficient in operating various machines and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of metalworking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided by blueprints or job orders
- Operate machines such as lathes, grinders, drills, etc.
- Adjust machine speeds and feeds as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures while operating machinery
