We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive results and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
- Create and maintain sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry or role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: $1200 per month
