Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Previous experience in plastering is not required but is considered an asset

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning, and priming
- Mix plaster ingredients according to instructions
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even finish
- Use scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Clean up work area after completing the job
