IT Support Specialist - Herzliya, Israel

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our company's computer systems and software. Your main duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, resolving technical issues for employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew fluency is a plus)
- Must be able to work full-time with a valid work permit in Israel

Responsibilities:
- Install new hardware and software systems as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees through phone or email
- Implement solutions to resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Provide training to employees on how to use various computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
