Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' computer systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
- Maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks
- Providing training and guidance to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Escalating complex technical issues to senior technicians or IT specialists
- Keeping track of customer interactions in our support system
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. TeamViewer)
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
