Office Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the company
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, letters)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Organize company events and team building activities
- Oversee the work of other administrative staff such as receptionists or assistants
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: 1100$ per month
