A professional and experienced Handyman is needed to join our team in Dickirch. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for handling various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our facilities are in top condition at all times. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. We are specifically looking for Malayalees who have previous experience in handyman work.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing damaged walls and floors, and replacing light bulbs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify any potential issues and report them to the supervisor
- Keep track of necessary supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with previous experience as a handyman
- Proven ability to handle various maintenance tasks independently
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
