Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager in Acre, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This will require strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of contractors and construction workers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Hire and manage contractors and construction workers
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
- Review project invoices and approve payments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the African construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
