Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Acre. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1100$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, and issues
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Excellent knowledge of building processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport for travel purposes
