Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Funchal, Portugal

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a seasonal waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during the busy vacation season. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

This is a seasonal job with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for students looking for part-time work. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
