Head Pastry Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end pastry shop in the bustling city of Os. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing our pastry menu, managing a team of pastry chefs, and ensuring the highest quality of pastries are produced. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry making and creativity to develop new and unique recipes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the production of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Create new recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences
- Train, supervise, and schedule pastry chefs to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different pastry techniques and methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Creativity in developing new recipes while also adhering to traditional techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry/Baking program
- Previous experience working in high-end pastry shops or fine dining restaurants
