Barista (English-Speaking)


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in the vibrant city of Acre. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in our café.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our customers
- Ensure that all drinks are made according to our quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about our products or services
- Continuously learn about new coffee trends and techniques to improve your skills as a Barista

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing top-notch customer service
