Computer Support Specialist (Indian Nationality Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various computer systems, software, and hardware. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining computer networks, installing and updating software, and ensuring the security and functionality of all systems.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in computer science or information technology, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They should be familiar with different operating systems and have experience with network administration. Experience with customer service and strong communication skills are also important for this role.

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate, as well as visa sponsorship if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with computer systems, software, or hardware
- Set up and maintain computer networks
- Install and update software
- Troubleshoot issues with network connectivity, printers, and other hardware
- Ensure the security of all computer systems
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and network administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
