Tiler Supervisor
We are searching for a skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Shan, India. As the Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of tilers and ensuring that all tiling projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Train new tilers on techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work done by the team to ensure it meets quality standards
- Order materials and supplies needed for tiling projects
- Work with clients to understand their tiling needs and provide recommendations
- Complete tiling projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or Tiler Supervisor
- Knowledge of various tiling techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience in tiling is preferred.
