IT Manager for Kenyans in Balzers

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager from Kenya to join our team in Balzers. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology department. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our company's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and efficiency of our company's technology infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to make recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
- Train employees on new technologies or processes as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems and protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
- Ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We are open to candidates who hold their own visa. As this position is located in Balzers, preference will be given to Kenyan nationals.
