Entry Level Painter

As an Entry Level Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various structures and surfaces according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed
- Mix paint to achieve desired colors and consistency
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finish
- Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of materials after completing job
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Basic knowledge of different types of paint and their applications
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role that requires standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
