Entry-Level Construction Manager

We are seeking an entry-level Construction Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction process of various projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and ensure their timely completion
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, ensuring that it meets safety standards and adheres to project specifications
- Communicate with project stakeholders regularly to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure materials and services at competitive prices
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints
- Conduct site inspections and perform quality control checks throughout the construction process
- Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
