Restaurant Manager - Acre, Egypt
We are in search of an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in the bustling city of Acre, Egypt. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and success of our restaurant, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Create employee schedules, track inventory, and manage budgets
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for food and beverage purchases
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
