Our fast-paced technology startup is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex web applications, working with both front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, scalable and secure web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web development
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
- Continuously optimize application performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one modern front-end framework (ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue.js)
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java
- Knowledge of database design and SQL queries
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of server-side rendering techniques for better SEO performance
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
