Head Baker (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Washington. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, from creating and testing new recipes to managing inventory and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new recipes for various baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained in all baked goods produced
- Oversee the production process and schedule to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and feedback as necessary
- Monitor equipment performance and arrange for maintenance or repairs when needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into recipes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to create unique recipes while also adhering to customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and supervise staff
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1100 per month

Visa Sponsorship:
This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Note: Pakistani nationals with baking experience are preferred for this position. However, candidates from other countries are also welcome to apply. English proficiency is not required for this job.
