Seasonal Executive Chef in Gujrat
We are hiring a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our seasonal team in Gujrat. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, managing a team of cooks and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and design menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal produce.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food presentation and ensure all dishes are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to plan special events or themed menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
This is a seasonal position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates.
