Entry Level Executive Chef - Temporary Position in Gujrat, India
We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Gujrat. As an entry level position, this role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the culinary industry. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in cooking techniques and a desire to develop their skills under the guidance of our experienced chefs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with menu planning and development, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistent presentation of all dishes and maintain high levels of food quality
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve menu offerings and dining experience for guests
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary:
This is a temporary position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.
