Milling Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine correct machine settings and specifications
- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed, and feed rates
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different types of milling machines and their functions
- Familiarity with metalworking tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
