Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Izhevsk)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a renowned fine dining restaurant in Izhevsk. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations and lead a team of talented chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect the restaurant's concept
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop business strategies and achieve financial goals
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon menu offerings to meet customer preferences and market trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment or upscale hotel restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentation styles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity and passion for creating unique culinary experiences for guests
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is an asset)

Salary:
$1200 per month
