Facade Designer



We are currently hiring for a talented and experienced Facade Designer to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs for building facades that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop facade design solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design proposals
- Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed facade designs
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and material lists for construction purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design technology
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 USD per month for this full-time position. Benefits such as health insurance and paid time off will also be provided.

Location:
This position is based in St. Petersburg, Russia. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Russia.
