Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Faisalabad, Pakistan


Looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of our restaurant. Your main duties will include managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
