Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are a well-established restaurant in Riyadh, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service standards are met
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Manage employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control techniques
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
