Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and culture, as well as experience in managing a successful restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high quality standards of food and service, and managing a team of staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor expenses and manage budget effectively
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian culture and cuisine
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for managing expenses and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
