Entry-Level Barista (Contract) in Muharraq, Bahrain


Do you have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service? Our busy coffee shop in Muharraq is seeking an entry-level barista to join our team on a contract basis. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Uphold the company's standards for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bahrain
